Straw Bale home made by a single mother for $ 50,000

I built my passive solar house of straw bales with plaster on the ground in 2000 for $ 50K (probably cost more today, depends on many factors). This is an overview of the house, it is extremely efficient. My electric bills are about $ 35 a month.
